The appetizers and sides provide excellent complement to the main dishes. Crisp Spring Rolls, light and crunchy salads like the Avocado Salad and Seaweed Salad, and comforting broths such as the Miso and Hibachi Soups round out the menu perfectly, letting your palate rest and reset before diving back into the rich, umami-packed main courses.

Whether you're a local Pine Mountain resident or visiting the nearby Callaway Gardens area, Bull's Hibachi & Sushi offers a delightful dining escape. With fresh ingredients, a diverse menu, and a welcoming ambiance, it’s a tasty hidden gem where Japanese cuisine thrives comfortably inland, far beyond the coastal sushi hotspots. This spot invites you to indulge your cravings for expertly prepared hibachi and sushi without breaking the bank, promising an authentic taste adventure that’s well worth seeking out.
First visit, 6pm on Saturday night. Found an open, clean table with very nice chairs. Noted a number of other empty tables were not cleared for some time, and there was debris on the floor. Our server, Elaina, was prompt, made recommendations, took drink and appetizer orders, and was attentive throughout the meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous wine pours. Appetizers arrived in good time. We then ordered an array of sushi rolls. On delivery, the hot items were good temp, everything was tasty. High marks overall for good food and reasonable prices. Low marks for dining room condition, and having customers allowed to stand waiting in the dining area where people are eating... this should be managed better. Will try again on weeknight to see if low points improve.
We came in after 4pm for an early dinner. The staff were so nice and friendly. The food was excellent, and quantity was great! We had a full take home box. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was also pleasant, however the floors looked like lunch rush wasnt cleaned up yet. Being from Florida and paying larger prices for Hibachi and sushi, this place has to be the most reasonable place we've ever eaten. We will definitely be back when we are traveling through.
Waitress told us to sit where we like and took our drink order. I ordered Hibachi Chicken. It came with generous servings of chicken, brown rice, cabbage, and a salad. The food was delicious, prices reasonable, and service was great. I left with enough food for another meal. I will return.
This is a hidden gem! We were looking for dinner outside of Callaway Gardens found this awesome spot. Very clean, cute decor -- casual but very nice. Service was outstanding, very prompt and LOTS of Southern Charm. But most surprising of all -- inland in Georgia, this was fantastic sushi. I had both sashimi and a roll, utterly delicious. Then, because I was starving I had the shrimp noodles as well -- fantastic!!! Highly recommend this very budget friendly and tasty spot!
A Great Place to Eat in Pine Mountain. This is one of several places to eat in the Pine Mountain area. It is right off Gardenview road which is the side road to SR 27. Unlike many of the other restaurants, this one is in a shopping center with an Iron Horse establishment, an ice cream shop and a Fried chicken restaurant either in the set of shops or nearby. We wanted something other than barbeque and decided to try this place. I am very glad that we did. The waiter was a young man that I am pretty sure was new to the service industry but did a great job. The restaurant looks very upscale and nice. It is a mix of tables and booths. The menu has a variety of items you would expect at a hibachi or sushi restaurant. I ordered the hibachi chicken and a sushi roll. Both items came out quickly, were delicious. It was an enormous amount of food. The prices were very reasonable with the hibachi dishes being between $11 and $14. Overall, it was a great choice for the quality and quantity of food as well as the service and I would recommend it for other diners in the area.
